About OKRs

OKR stands for Objectives and Key Results. It is a goalsetting framework we implemented mid-2019. The framework encourages the involvement of every team member. We set goals, which are aligned across the entire company, and implement initiatives to reach those goals together.

From the trainee to the CEO we all get to take on initiatives that drive the growth of the company. Every employee is encouraged to contribute by taking ownership over key results. So I as a trainee get to have as much of an impact as anybody else and I think contributing in that way is super cool!
