Lukas Wieser
Lukas Wieser studied Tourism and Leisure Management at the IMC in Krems and Social Entrepreneurship at the Hult Business School in San Francisco and London. He is passionate about sustainable business in all its facets: During his career, he has already been a successful entrepreneur with sustainable business concepts and led, among others, start-up workshops in Kenya and Uganda for the Munich-based NGO Seed with a focus on the Triple Bottom Line.
Since 2018, as Co-Founder of MYFLEXBOX, he has been using his innovative power for a sustainable logistics and provider-independent smart city solution. He is responsible for the Market, Partnerships division for locations, omnichannel, e-commerce, and parcel service providers there.

Alex Schuh
As a previous 2 times founder and CEO of the corporate venture ADD TO WATER, Alex now works at TheVentury as Venture Building Lead, where he manages TheVentury’s portfolio of ventures and their approach. Within the past five years, he worked with +15 international corporations to foster innovation in different settings.
Moreover, Alex is focussing on prototyping. He built up a prototyping business unit from scratch and regularly applies his knowledge in both corporate and startup settings. Since all ventures heavily rely on experiments and the respective prototypes, especially in the digital world, Alex regularly combines those two disciplines in his daily business.

Christoph Hornik
Christoph is a former founder and venture coach specialising in financial modelling, pitching, and startup fundraising. As a co-founder of the innovative sustainability startup Epiclay, he helped revolutionize the ClimateTech industry and was even recognized on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list.
Christoph has experience in tax consulting at Deloitte and innovation management at Daimler AG. His expertise is scaling early-stage business ideas, particularly in developing business models and market entry strategies. As an Innovation Manager at TheVentury, he focuses on coaching startups and building ventures for multinational corporations and local champions. Most recently, he has been leading a logistics venture for one of Austria’s most prominent publishers.
