Understanding product, marketing and lean methodology as an entity helps create viral loops in the product. At the same time, applying a data-driven testing mindset in marketing helps understand the customers, why some things work and some don’t and how to fix them quickly.
Value driven sales will give intrapreneurs a sales approach that builds long-lasting customer relationships built on trust and value-generating. This approach also provides a great follow-up to the customer development interviews done in month 1, helping convert interviewees into customers.

For corporate intrapreneurship teams, executing innovation is usually the toughest part. Missing expert knowledge or rigid structures in house make it hard to flexibly and quickly build prototypes and test them in a lean way. That’s why our team of growth marketing, product development and innovation experts is ready to support your intrapreneurship teams hands-on. Every team is supported by an innovation coach, guiding them through the process and supporting with topics like stakeholder management, validation, etc. Depending on their needs and team setup, we can additionally create their own support team which will be there every step of the way, supporting the team throughout the program, building experiments, prototypes and marketing campaigns with them.
