THE CHALLENGE

As a global tech company, Dynatrace was looking for more visibility for its experts on digital channels and beyond. They are a fast-growing company and consistently need high-profile experts in multiple fields. As one of many initiatives to boost visibility, they were looking for an empowerment program to let the employees‘ voices be heard.

OUR APPROACH

We created a pilot corporate influencer program with five selected leaders based in Austria.

After an initial listening phase where we learned more about the participants, we created a group workshop training them on the benefits of actively communicating as individuals about their expertise and their brand, as well as how to best create content on LinkedIn (the channel of their choosing).

Then we split the program into 5 individual streams. We coached each participant separately and created an individual content roadmap together with them, with focus topics and fitting tonality.

After that, the team started to produce content, build up new followers, engage with other people in a new way, and raise their overall social media profile. Weekly check-ins made sure that a sustainable and long-term activity was kept up.

THE OUTCOME

As a result of the program the personal networks of the participants on LinkedIn grew up to 31% in just 3 months. Their personal reach also increased signifcantly – up to +160%. Combined, the group generated more than 4.500 likes, comments and shares. Plus, they received real-life feedback about their increased visibility on social media from.
