How we made it happen
Challenge
Approach
Together with the team from Zühlke, our experts from the Innovation Domain developed a plan to embed a 6-month innovation mission into the core of the program, which also included further development activities such as storytelling workshops and individual coaching for participants.
Our innovation experts took the lead on the innovation mission, designing the 6-month process and teaming up with the Zühlke team to run a smooth program. The participants of the Global Talent Program built five teams, each choosing an innovation mission to go through a process of exploration and ideation using design thinking and lean startup methodologies.
Result
20 employees from Zühlke, coming together from 7 countries across two continents, joined the first Global Talent Program. We led the teams through the journey with a combination of hands-on workshop sessions and team coaching. At the end of the innovation mission, each team pitched their ideas to a jury of senior leaders at Zühlke.
